The core working team of Aura Communications is made of professionals from diverse field of experience and expertise. Most of the members have multidisciplinary skills and experiences while some have resolved to specialize in a single core area.
Aura Communications boasts a range of in-house graphic designers, photographers, programmers along with competent executives in administration, creative department, client service, and production. Beside its in-house team and infrastructural facilities, Aura has built up a good strategic alliance and working partnership network with production houses, individual media consultants, creative professionals, service bureaus, printers and a host of other organisations and professionals.

- As the Project Coordinator of Enfants du Monde - a Swiss NGO, promoted a new type of post-disaster shelter- "Permatent" in Bangladesh. Integrated health awareness campaign with post disaster relief efforts.
- Team Leader - Communications, PR & Training of USAID Funded JOBS Program. Secured an average of US$25,000 equivalent of free media space in leading newspapers, TV and radio in each of several quarterly period. Organised numerous local and international trade fairs in Bangladesh and abroad. Wrote and published press releases and articles. Developed and published advertising promoting Bangladeshi enterprises in foreign and local media.
